Our personal experience with Chef Barry has been outstanding. He has used only the finest ingredients and has prepared a variety of exceptional dishes. Every time we have hired him he has done an incredible job. His food has been delicious and the service impecable. He is an incredible Chef with a lot of creativity. Chef Barry of Caterers of Vail was our Caterer for our wedding at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail, Colorado, May 12, 2012. We had a fairly large wedding and Barry was able to accommodate our 150 persons party with ease. Throughout the entire process, Barry was great to work with and collaborate with a various needs on ideas we had; he really helped guide us!
